Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in power electronics design with high-frequency power stages, EMI/EMC considerations, and thermal management.
• 3+ years of lab testing and thermal testing experience.
• 2+ years of MATLAB/Simulink/SimPowerSystems skills.
• 3+ years of product development process experience.
• 2+ years of power electronics and control systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop next-generation power electronics for solar, energy storage, EV charging and test applications using SiC and GaN mosfets.
• Lead development from concept to productization.
• Develop digital control algorithms and magnetics for high-density power designs.
• Collaborate with PCB layout and mechanical teams for manufacturable designs.
• Ensure UL 1741/CE compliance and lead EMC activities.
• Manage project budgets and drive high-quality design under aggressive timelines.
