Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of post-education construction management experience.
• Expertise in delivery methods, phasing strategies, and field operations.
• Proven success leading large, complex programs in public and private sectors.
• Knowledge of safety requirements, regulations, and contract compliance.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and project controls data.
• Strong communication and leadership across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and align field ops with contract execution.
• Lead construction management scope for IOU/Utility programs.
• Review EPC proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and risk plans.
• Develop constructability plans and outage planning.
• Mentor senior professionals and advance best practices.
• Ensure safety and quality across project sites.
• Mediate between client and contractor to achieve goals.
• Prepare management reports with clarity and precision.
