Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Power BI Lead to establish and scale a centralized Power BI function within the AHI Data Strategy & BI team. The role will service three divisions and set enterprise standards for governance, security, and semantic modeling.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in BI analytics, 5+ years in Power BI leadership, and strong SQL/data modeling skills. This hybrid role is based in the U.S. with multiple city options and a focus on cross-division data collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI analytics with 5+ years in Power BI leadership.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Experience building or maturing BI teams and governance.
• Expert Power BI skills: semantic modeling, DAX, performance tuning.
• Strong data modeling, SQL, and data warehouse knowledge.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.
