Job summary

Arrowhead Intermediaries seeks a Senior Power BI Lead to establish and scale a centralized Power BI function within the AHI Data Strategy & BI team. The role will serve three divisions and set enterprise standards for governance, semantic modeling, and report lifecycle management.

You will lead a hybrid team in shaping datasets, security, and reporting practices across Arrowhead Programs, Bridge Specialty Group, and Arrowhead Specialty, ensuring trusted data for executives and business users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business intelligence, analytics, data platform, or reporting experience.
• 5+ years of advanced Power BI experience and 3+ years in a senior lead, architect, administrator, or BI platform ownership role.

Responsibilities

• Creates the foundation for a new Power BI department inside the AHI Data Strategy & BI team, including team structure, operating model, standards, intake, delivery, quality control, and support practices.
• Sets the standard for all AHI Data Strategy Power BI reporting across Arrowhead Programs, Bridge Specialty Group, and Arrowhead Specialty, balancing divisional needs with enterprise consistency.
• Ensure business users receive correct, governed, and accessible information through certified datasets, standardized metrics, report governance, and disciplined release management.
• Leads complex reporting scenarios involving unique row-level security requirements, different business models, varying levels of data maturity, and cross-division datasets that must be combined responsibly.
