Innova Solutions seeks a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant for a 6+ month hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. You will design enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, build data models, and develop scalable data pipelines to support performance monitoring and executive decision‑making.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and senior leadership, delivering insights for HITL, AI operations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring data quality

Qualifications

• Hands‑on Power BI development experience.
• GCP experience, including BigQuery.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.

• Perform data quality, reconciliation, forecasting, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, product owners, and senior leadership.
• Participate in Agile delivery and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Job Type: Full-Time/Contract on W2, Duration: 6+ Months, Locations: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.

• Python and API integration experience.
• Git, Agile/Scrum, data governance, and metadata management experience.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or Operational Excellence

Pay Range

Pay Range: Between $68- $73 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
