Innova Solutions is seeking a Cloud Data Security Consultant for a 6‑month hybrid contract in Phoenix, AZ. You will assess a GCP-based data security architecture supporting conversational AI, telephony, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise integrations.

You will review end-to-end data flows, protect PII, and enforce IAM, encryption, and monitoring. The role requires experience with GCP services, data protection across regulated data environments, and strong API security knowledge.

Qualifications

• GCP IAM, VPC/Shared VPC, Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Firestore/Datastore, Cloud KMS and Secret Manager.
• Experience securing PII, PCI, or regulated customer data environments.
• Strong understanding of API security (OAuth, mTLS, token management, service-to-service authentication).
• Knowledge of network security, hybrid cloud connectivity, segmentation, and firewall controls.

Responsibilities

• Assess end-to-end architecture from a data security, privacy, and compliance perspective.

Position type: Fulltime Contract. Duration: 6 months. Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054 (Hybrid).

We are immediately hiring for a Cloud Data Security Consultant. Role Summary: Seeking an experienced Cloud Data Security Consultant to perform a comprehensive data security architecture assessment for a GCP-based ecosystem supporting conversational AI, telephony, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise backend integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Expertise & Experience

• GCP IAM, VPC/Shared VPC, Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Firestore/Datastore, Cloud KMS and Secret Manager.


• Experience securing PII, PCI, or regulated customer data environments.


• Strong understanding of API security (OAuth, mTLS, token management, service-to-service authentication).


• Knowledge of network security, hybrid cloud connectivity, segmentation, and firewall controls.


• Experience with security monitoring, SIEM integrations, audit logging, and architecture risk assessments.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range*: $55 - $60 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
