Job summary

Buckeye Partners is seeking a Sr. IT Analyst, Enterprise Information Management in Houston to design, build, and govern the enterprise reporting and analytics ecosystem with primary ownership of the Power BI platform end-to-end.

You will evangelize self-service analytics, mature enterprise BI capabilities, and drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric and related data platform tools across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on Power BI experience including report/dashboard development and data modeling.
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Power BI Service administration, and Databricks.
• Certifications such as Microsoft PL‑300, DP‑600, or DP‑203 are desired.
• Experience applying AI/Copilot in analytics workflows is a plus.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Power BI platform including data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain Power BI platform, reports, gateways, and related data pipelines.
• Administer Power BI tenant/workspaces, security, licensing, and deployment pipelines.
• Enhance enterprise BI systems with data warehouse, ADF pipelines, and semantic models.
• Document BI systems, processes, and training materials.
• Test report releases and platform upgrades; recommend improvements.
• Provide on-call support for critical BI systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and drive adoption of AI features.
• Mentor and lead BI team members; ensure best practices.
• And other duties as assigned.
