You will design, build, and scale enterprise Power BI solutions, create semantic models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights. The role requires 5+ years in BI, 3+ years with Power BI, and strong SQL/Python skills; experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing enterprise BI solutions.
• 3+ years Power BI development with enterprise semantic modeling and performance optimization.
• Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and data quality validation.
• Azure and Fabric experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL Server / T-SQL, Data Modeling, Star Schema Design, Semantic Models, and Report Performance Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across the organization.
• Build centralized semantic models and high-performance Power BI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights.
• Implement Row-Level Security and governance for analytics assets.
• Partner with data engineering and operations to ensure data quality.
