Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to serve as the primary BI and analytics resource for the Technology Operations Portfolio and Financial Management team. You will develop and maintain Power BI solutions that drive insights into financial performance, portfolio health, and compliance metrics.

The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, collaborates with business partners, and translates business needs into actionable analytics while delivering impactful dashboards and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI/Analytics experience with dashboards and reporting.
• Strong Power BI development skills: DAX, data modeling, performance tuning.
• Experience with Snowflake, Excel, and AI tools like Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize existing dashboards and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop new visualizations by gathering stakeholder requirements.
• Translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Leverage Power BI, Power Apps, and Snowflake for integration and reporting.
• Maintain accuracy and reliability of reporting assets.
• Deliver dashboards aligned with leadership priorities.
• Provide data-driven insights for operations and strategy.
