Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a management role, preferably in poultry processing.
• Strong leadership and management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work varied hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily debone operations to meet schedules and commitments.
• Monitor throughput, speeds, efficiency, yields, and performance.
• Identify constraints and fix downtime or production issues.
• Ensure staffing, equipment readiness, and material availability.
• Collaborate with maintenance, QA, HR, shipping, and plant leadership.
• Develop Supervisors and drive accountability.
