DG Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Bastrop, LA facility. This role oversees the production line operations, ensures safety, quality, and efficiency during the shift, and reports to the Production Superintendent.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to train staff while maintaining a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old; maintain professionalism in all circumstances.

Mansioni

• Oversee plant line production operations on the designated shift.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, HACCP, SSOP, and GPM policies.
