Job summary

CSG Talent seeks an experienced Operations Manager for a high-volume poultry processing facility. You will lead day-to-day production, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and drive improvements across multiple shifts and departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership, a track record of Lean initiatives, and collaborative engagement with Maintenance, FSQA and Engineering to meet operational and financial targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations or production leadership experience.
• Experience in poultry processing or high-volume protein manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across production departments and shifts.
• Drive safety, yield, throughput and production cost targets.
• Develop frontline leaders and coach managers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, FSQA and Engineering to ensure uptime.
• Lead Lean continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when targets are missed.
