Qualifications

• Proven experience in an FSQA or Technical Manager role within food manufacturing.
• Strong background in poultry and/or RTE products highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems.
• Experience leading audits (BRCGS, retailer standards, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Leading the FSQA function across a fully cooked poultry manufacturing site.
• Ensuring robust implementation and maintenance of HACCP systems.
• Overseeing all CCPs with a focus on thermal processing.
• Managing environmental monitoring programmes including pathogen control.
• Acting as the primary contact for external audits.
