Render's Postgres team maintains a scalable cloud Postgres platform used by millions of users. As a product engineer, you will own full stack projects end-to-end, collaborating with design, product, and other engineers to deliver features that scale.

You should have 6+ years shipping software, experience with distributed systems and Postgres at scale, and fluency with Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes. Join a fast-growing startup that values ownership and thoughtful engineering.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Render Postgres fleet.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, other engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Help evolve and mature the Render Postgres product as it scales and increases in complexity over time.
• Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting.
• Help shape team culture and practices as the company scales.
• Help evolve the Postgres product with new capabilities.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities with the rest of your team.
