Qualifications

• 8+ years shipping products or features with business impact.
• 2+ years in people management, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Strong system design, architecture, and tradeoff skills.
• Product-minded with ability to translate goals into roadmaps.
• Effective communication across engineering, product, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Postgres engineers with mentorship and guidance.
• Drive key product initiatives from ideation through launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Infra to align customer needs with technical solutions.
• Shape system architecture decisions and long‑term platform evolution.
• Foster ownership and accountability in engineering practices.
