Green Key Resources LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to deliver strategic technology solutions for post-trade applications and middleware. The role involves collaboration with global IT teams, operations, and stakeholders to drive system changes and optimize settlement cycles in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will mentor junior staff, ensure governance and timely delivery, and leverage expertise in post-trade IT to deliver impactful solutions within investment banking

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years IT experience including 5+ years in investment banking.
• Proven expertise in post-trade and equity applications.
• Strong knowledge of 15a6 compliance, FINRA rules, and DTCC workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional solution design for post-trade applications.
• Manage project planning, execution, and documentation for market initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on system changes.

• Experience with project management practices and end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Proficiency in FIX protocols, SWIFT messaging, and reconciliation systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical issues to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
