Qualifications

• 5+ years in post-production with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on fluency with Premiere Pro and After Effects; audio tools knowledge.
• Proven track record building or improving post workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-production pipeline from ingest to final delivery for high-volume projects.
• Lead and mentor editors, assign work and provide feedback.
• Develop scalable workflows, templates, and asset management.
• Collaborate with producers to protect creative intent while meeting schedules.
• Monitor timelines and budgets; address bottlenecks promptly.
• Evaluate new tools or techniques to improve speed and quality.
• Ensure YouTube/Shorts delivery specs are met and reviewed.
