Case Western Reserve University is seeking a Post-Award Grant Manager to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple departments in the College of Arts and Sciences. The role oversees budgets, compliance, and reporting for a portfolio of sponsored projects, typically 30 to 50 awards, with emphasis on financial integrity and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience in post-award research administration or comparable field; OR Associate's degree and 5 years of related experience.
• 5 years of experience in higher education, nonprofit research, government, or other complex environments is preferred.
• Experience with federal and non-federal sponsor requirements is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic financial management of active sponsored awards within the assigned portfolio; monitor expenditures and provide monthly burn rate reports.
• Coordinate effort certification for faculty and staff; ensure timely, accurate submission per policy.
• Lead post-award subrecipient monitoring and vendor compliance; manage closeouts and changes.
• Direct financial closeout, including final reconciliations and sponsor communications; manage no-cost extensions and rebudgeting.
• Provide onboarding and training on post-award practices; support faculty with forecasting and long-term financial planning.
