Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3+ years in research administration or sponsored programs.
  • Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with faculty, sponsors, and central offices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Post-award administration for a portfolio of sponsored projects; ensure allowability, allocability, and reasonableness per policies.
  • Monitor grant and sub-award statuses; manage budgets and communicate variances.
  • Prepare sponsor and internal reports; provide monthly financial analyses to PIs and leadership.
  • Oversee award closeout, cost-sharing, and subcontract administration in Workday.
