The role emphasizes building client relationships, delivering advisory services, and mentoring staff. This is an in-person position based in the Chicagoland area with 10%-15% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in post-acute healthcare reimbursement.
• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills.

• Provide strategic guidance on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement matters.
• Prepare and review SNF, Home Health, and Hospice cost reports.

• Deliver accounting and financial advisory support as needed.
• Supervise and mentor consulting staff to ensure quality client service.
• Build and expand client relationships and contribute to practice growth.
