Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, economics, or business.
• CPA designation or progress toward certification is a plus.
• Experience with healthcare reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and cost reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyze Medicare and Medicaid cost reports per Federal/State regs.
• Participate in strategic engagements for cost reports for acute care clients.
• Analyze data to optimize Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.
• Consult with clients on strategic and operational reimbursement implications.
• Assist with financial analysis related to changes in third-party payor reimbursement.
