The role emphasizes data analysis to improve revenue, staffing, and expenses, with opportunities to mentor staff and expand client relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Five or more years of experience in post-acute healthcare reimbursement, including Medicare/Medicaid.
• CPA preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on post-acute healthcare reimbursement, financial performance, and accounting-related services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement matters.
• Prepare, review, and analyze SNF, Home Health, and Hospice cost reports in compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial, reimbursement, and operational data to identify revenue opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate consulting staff; build client relationships and contribute to business development.
