Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Hands-on experience in product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics for SMB merchants.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and growth for merchant-related solutions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for hardware and software solutions for B2B/B2C NA.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision for SMB POS solutions.
• Drives the development and launch of hardware and software for SMBs across North America.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned with the roadmap.
• Builds metrics for cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Communicates a compelling product vision to executives throughout development.
