Turner & Townsend is seeking a Scheduler/Planner to support complex data center construction programs across North America and LATAM. Qualifications

• 7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs.
• Background planning capital projects in the $500MM to $2B+ range, preferably in data center construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling support for large-scale data center construction projects.
• Develop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, milestone tracking, dependencies and reporting.
• Apply critical path method scheduling to assess logic, identify trends, and communicate mitigations.
• Partner with client teams, delivery partners, and contractors to align planning outputs with execution needs.
• Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously with timely reporting.
• Prepare schedule updates for leadership with audience-appropriate detail.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role where applicable.
