Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our project controls team for a large-scale data center project. You will develop and maintain integrated master schedules and collaborate across PMs, engineers, procurement and cost managers.

Responsibilities include schedule analysis, recovery plans, KPI reporting, and coordinating with subcontractors, with SOX controls potentially part of the role. Strong CPM and P6 skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; CPM knowledge.
• Experience with data center construction or critical infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel and KPI tracking for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated master schedules for data center projects from pre-construction through hand-off.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, cost managers and trade partners to validate sequencing.
• Create and update multiple schedules for varying scopes and potential lease signing.
• Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify risks, delays, and acceleration opportunities.
• Lead schedule review meetings and present forecasts, KPIs, and critical path analyses.
