Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States seeks a Scheduler/Planner to support large-scale data center construction programs across NA and LATAM, delivering integrated planning using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Must speak Portuguese fluently.

You will communicate schedule risks to senior stakeholders, produce detailed updates, and ensure SOX controls where applicable, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and align outputs with project execution needs.

Qualifications

• Must speak Portuguese fluently.
• 7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling and schedule risk identification.
• Ability to communicate schedule risks, trends, and recovery options to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling support for large-scale data center construction projects
• Develop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, milestone tracking, dependencies, and reporting outputs
• Apply CPM scheduling to assess logic, identify trends, and communicate mitigation options
• Partner with client teams, stakeholders, delivery partners, and contractors to align outputs with execution needs
• Manage multiple project schedules with accuracy and timely reporting
• Prepare schedule updates for leadership, with detail adjusted to audience
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role
