Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Ports & Maritime in Miami, FL to lead complex port and waterfront projects across North America. You will oversee design, construction, and closeout while guiding multidisciplinary teams and maintaining client relationships with port authorities and operators.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in ports/maritime, a PE license, and strong leadership with business development experience; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as engineering, planning or construction management.
• 10+ years delivering ports/maritime or waterfront infrastructure projects.
• PE license and/or relevant professional certification; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of complex ports/maritime projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across engineering, planning, environmental, and construction.
• Oversee pursuits, RFQs/RFPs, and contract negotiations.
• Foster client relationships and identify strategic growth opportunities.
