AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager - Ports & Maritime to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex port and waterfront projects in the Miami area. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and drive business development across North America.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in ports/maritime infrastructure, a PE license, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects with regulatory compliance and safe, on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in ports, maritime, waterfront, transportation, or related infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and teams.
• Strong client-facing and project delivery track record.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex ports and maritime projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, planning, environmental, permitting, coastal, and construction management.
• Oversee pursuit, proposal development, design, construction, and project closeout.
• Monitor project financial performance including forecasting and risk management.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with port authorities, terminal operators, and government agencies.
• Support business development and strategic account growth through RFQs, RFPs, and negotiations.
• Promote safety, quality, and delivery excellence across regional offices.
