Job summary

Kroll is seeking a valuation professional to design and review complex models for illiquid investments across private equity, hedge, credit, venture capital and infrastructure. You will engage with clients, build relationships, and contribute to engagement letters and written reports.

The role offers hybrid work from Atlanta, Nashville or New Jersey, requiring strong analytical and communication skills and a track record of managing teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA.
• Minimum 6 years of constructing and reviewing valuation models including DCF, market comps, and other asset models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses.
• Performing valuation analysis on illiquid investments across industries and geographies.
• Interviewing clients to gather data and information pertinent to engagements.
• Building and maintaining client relationships and supporting new business pitches.
• Identify and communicate potential engagements and prepare engagement letters.
• Present analyses and conclusions in reports and meetings.
