Qualifications

• 3+ years developing and reviewing valuation models including DCF, comps, and contingent claims analysis
• Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence techniques
• Familiar with valuation guidance (ASC 820, IFRS 13) and industry best practices

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for DCF, market multiples, and option pricing analyses
• Conduct valuation analyses on illiquid investments across industries/geographies
• Lead engagement teams and manage client interactions
• Present analyses and conclusions in reports and meetings
• Support business development and proposal processes
