Job summary

Kroll’s Portfolio Valuation practice specializes in valuation advisory services for the alternative investment industry. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement from our New Jersey office, with potential offices in Atlanta or Nashville.

Key duties include building complex valuation models, performing analyses on illiquid assets, and managing client engagements while developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of constructing and reviewing valuation models (DCF, comps, option pricing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills plus communication abilities.
• Experience managing engagement teams.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiples, and option pricing analyses.
• Perform valuation analyses on illiquid investments across industries/geographies.
• Interviewing clients to gather data for engagements.
• Build and maintain client relationships; pitch new business.
• Identify and communicate potential engagements to management and write engagement letters.
