Job summary

Kroll’s Portfolio Valuation practice provides valuation advisory services to leading alternative asset managers. This role focuses on building robust valuation models and leading diverse teams across geographies.

You will conduct client interviews, gather essential data, and present results in formal reports. The position offers hybrid work with offices in Atlanta, Nashville or New Jersey, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA.
• Minimum 3 years of developing and reviewing valuation models (DCF, comparables, commodity forecasts, contingent claims).
• Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence techniques.
• Experience managing diverse engagement teams and clients.
• Familiarity with valuation guidance (ASC 820, IFRS 13, AICPA) and market data sources like Bloomberg/S&P Capital IQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiples, and option pricing analyses.
• Conduct valuation analyses on illiquid investments across industries and geographies.
• Lead engagement teams of analysts and associates.
• Conduct client interviews and gather data for engagements.
• Present analyses and conclusions in written reports and during meetings.
