Kroll in Seattle is seeking a valuation professional within our Portfolio Valuation practice. You will develop comprehensive financial models, conduct analyses of illiquid investments, and collaborate with clients to gather data and build robust engagement deliverables.

The role requires 2+ years in valuation modeling (DCF, market approaches), strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and S&P Capital IQ. Hybrid work in Seattle offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA.
• At least 2 years of valuation modeling experience (DCF, market approaches).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models including DCF, market multiples and option pricing analyses.
• Conduct valuation analyses on illiquid investments across industries and geographies.
• Collaborate with the team to conduct client interviews and gather data for engagements.
• Work closely with management to cultivate and strengthen client relationships.
• Present findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.
• Expand expertise by participating in relevant alternative asset industry events.
