Job summary

Kroll's Portfolio Valuation practice seeks a valuation professional to develop models (DCF, market approach) and analyze illiquid investments. You will work with a skilled team, perform client interviews, and contribute to client relationships while delivering rigorous written reports.

The role is hybrid in Atlanta, Nashville, or Morristown, requiring strong analytics, finance education, and proficiency with Bloomberg/S&P Capital IQ; healthcare, PTO, and retirement benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (MBA acceptable).
• At least 2 years of experience constructing and reviewing valuation models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models including DCF, market approach, and others.
• Perform valuation analyses on illiquid investments across industries.
• Conduct client interviews and gather essential data for engagements.
• Collaborate with management to nurture client relationships.
• Research companies and industries to support valuations.
• Present findings clearly in reports and meetings.
