One Park Financial in Miami is seeking a senior pricing and portfolio strategy analyst to design and size pricing and credit strategies, and prove their impact on the business and customers. You will work across the funnel, scoring models, offer construction, and the portfolio performance.

You will build economic cases, quantify value, and partner with Data Science, Engineering, Credit, Pricing, and Sales leadership.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years in credit analytics or related fields.
• Degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, CS, or similar.
• Proficient SQL and Python with pandas; build models, not just reports.
• Strong unit-economics fluency on a loan/advance book.
• Experience with merchant cash advance or similar financing products.
• Familiarity with pricing systems and credit scorecards.
• Experience with dbt, AWS, and AI tooling is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence real decisions with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and size pricing and credit strategies with a clear options set and sensitivity bands.
• Ground every recommendation in projected, realized economics rather than surface metrics.
• Monitor portfolio performance: vintage/cohort trends, roll rates, losses, delinquencies, renewals.
• Measure impact of strategy changes with well-designed tests or comparisons.
• Identify automation and growth opportunities with Pricing and Engineering.
• Watch portfolio composition and detect shifts that affect numbers.
• Collaborate with Data Science on model development and validation; ensure reproducibility.
• Present to executives with a defensible recommendation and honest caveats.
