Job summary

Invesco seeks an experienced professional to lead portfolio services operations with a global scope. You will own critical production issues, provide SME guidance, and coordinate cross-region projects across Investments, Compliance, and service providers globally.

You will mentor analysts, drive continuous improvement, and ensure standardized processes while aligning with regional needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of industry experience in an investment management firm.
• Excellent knowledge of investment products globally is required.
• Understanding of internal and industry standards and principles.
• Experience with Charles River and Aladdin is preferred.
• Strong end-to-end investment services process knowledge including trade, settlement and fund accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME leadership to address cross-region, cross-functional, and cross-vendor concerns.
• Own critical production issues and ensure resolution accuracy and speed.
• Escalation point for production issues and guidance to colleagues.
• Lead research, analysis, and implementation of new business requirements globally.
• Mentor Analysts and Administrators across the global team.
