Job summary

Invesco seeks a seasoned leader for Global Securities Data Operations to oversee US data, support a global model, and ensure timely, accurate data delivery across trading and risk processes.

You will manage vendor relationships, drive governance, and push BAU improvements while partnering with data product owners and offshore teams. A senior role requiring strong data, market, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Securities Reference Data experience.
• Experience leading global teams, with vendor outsourcing familiarity.
• Strong knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives.
• Front-to-back trading and investment process understanding.
• Experience with Security Master applications and OMS systems.
• Extensive market data vendor knowledge (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, RIMES).
• Time-sensitive data handling and governance practices a plus.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and SQL is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and primary US Securities Data Operations contact for the US and support the global operating model.
• Liaise between internal consumers for Securities Data (Trading, Front Office, Compliance, Risk).
• Drive BAU improvements and Transformation initiatives to keep data operations responsive.
• Hands-on data tasks when business needs arise or to support urgent requests.
• Partner with offshore teams, outsourcing partners, and data vendors.
• Collaborate with Data Product Owners and Data Stewards in governance designs.
• Provide oversight metrics on operation activity and vendor performance.
• Proactively drive data process improvements with accuracy and integrity.
