Job summary

Invesco seeks a Global Product Business Manager to coordinate strategic initiatives and governance across Product, Investments, Distribution, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Operations. You will drive reporting, dashboards, and transparency for the global Product platform.

You will engage with leadership to advance roadmaps, budgets, and operating policies, supporting annual planning and cross-functional projects. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in business management, product management, strategy, project management, operations, consulting, finance, or related function within financial services or asset management.
• Understanding of the asset management industry, investment products, governance processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to prepare executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Global Product Pipeline across regional, Private Markets, and Digital Assets teams.
• Develop and distribute management reporting, dashboards, and analytics related to product pipeline and KPIs.
• Support Global Product communications, including newsletters and leadership updates.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for Product Leadership and committees.
• Maintain and report on key Product KPIs, objectives, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate agendas and materials for Product Leadership Team meetings and governance forums.
• Support cross-functional projects spanning Product, Investments, Distribution, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, and HR.
