Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate to govern cross-product initiatives within the Chief Analytics Office. You will coordinate intake, prioritization, cadence, and reporting while collaborating with delivery teams and business partners.

You will lead automation efforts using Python and data tools to produce repeatable workflows and dashboards, supporting decision-making and scalable management information across the firm.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in program management or performance optimization.
• Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Strong Python skills for automated workflows and data tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and data QA.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau.
• Experience integrating platforms via APIs and tools like Alteryx.
• Portfolio operations discipline with audit-ready outputs.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Create synergies across products to ensure delivery against objectives.
• Collect inputs from across products to highlight cross-product priorities.
• Calculate metrics for portfolio management and analyze data for opportunities.
• Develop change initiative materials and timelines.
• Support product-level collection strategy (controls, financials, resourcing).
• Run core portfolio coordination processes with audit-ready documentation.
• Support automated reporting and book-of-work management using Python and/or scripting, publishing outputs to dashboards.
• Produce leadership-ready views through data shaping, QA, and narrative insights.
• Link work-management tools to firm data sources via APIs and workflow tools.
• Thicken team capability by maintaining and extending automation assets and scripts.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and drive process improvements to implementation.
