Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization.
• Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Strong Python skills for automated workflows and data pipelines.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data modelling.
• Experience delivering dashboards and visual reporting (Tableau).
• Experience integrating platforms via APIs and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Creates synergies across products to ensure delivery against business objectives.
• Collects inputs from across products to highlight cross-product priorities and dependencies.
• Calculates metrics for portfolio management and analyzes data for opportunities.
• Develops change initiative materials and timelines.
• Supports portfolio operations, intake, prioritization, cadence, and audit-ready documentation.
• Contributes to automated reporting and book-of-work management using Python and Tableau.
• Shaped datasets, QA checks, and produced leadership-ready insights.
• Links work-management tools to firmwide data sources via APIs and runbooks.
