Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management or performance optimization.
• Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience with product development lifecycle, agile methodologies.
• Strong Python skills for automated workflows and reporting.
• Strong data analytics with advanced Excel, including pivot tables.
• Experience producing dashboards in Tableau and maintaining MI.
• Experience integrating platforms via APIs and workflow automation tools (Alteryx).
• Audit-ready governance, documentation standards, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create synergies across products to meet business objectives.
• Collect inputs to define cross-product priorities and trade-offs.
• Compute metrics for portfolio management and analyze data for opportunities.
• Develop change initiative materials and timelines.
• Support product-level collection strategy (controls, financials, resources).
• Run core portfolio coordination processes (intake, prioritization, cadence, status packs, dependencies).
• Collaborate on automated reporting and book-of-work using Python and Tableau.
• Deliver leadership-ready views by shaping datasets and QA checks.
• Link work-management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to firm data via APIs and workflows.
• Thicken team capability by maintaining and extending automation assets and runbooks.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and drive process improvements.
