Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience or equivalent in program management or performance optimization.
• Experience supporting operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience using data analytics techniques and tools.
• Strong analytics and reporting, translating data into executive insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication for executive presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Confluence, and Jira.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive messages for senior audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across products to ensure delivery against business objectives.
• Aggregate inputs from across products to highlight cross-product priorities.
• Calculate basic portfolio management metrics.
• Develop change initiative materials.
• Prepare high-quality executive communications, presentations, and reporting.
• Track product investment decisions, roadmaps, and initiatives with accuracy.
• Contribute to portfolio planning processes and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product, tech, design, and data teams to monitor status.
• Design and maintain dashboards providing performance and operational insights.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
