F&F Property Management in San Diego County is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will oversee operations, resident relations, compliance, and financial performance across the assigned properties.

The role requires strong leadership, experience managing multiple communities, and a proven track record of achieving occupancy and financial results. This is an on-site, salaried position with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Previous experience managing multiple communities strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience with AppFolio is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations, resident relations, budgeting, and property operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multifamily communities, ensuring compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, ADA regulations, and applicable laws.
• Drive portfolio financial performance through rent collections, delinquency reduction, expense control, and budget adherence.
• Lead Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, and support staff; recruit, onboard, train, and manage performance.
• Monitor occupancy, renewals, and delinquency trends to support portfolio goals.
• Partner with Maintenance, vendor management, and leadership to ensure capital projects and service requests are completed on schedule.
