Job summary

Southwest Equity Partners seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of San Diego County communities, overseeing on-site staff, maintenance, leases, and budgets. You will coordinate with ownership and asset managers on capital projects, recruit and train staff, and ensure exceptional service to residents and clients.

The role requires a Property Manager license within two years, a Bachelor's preferred, and proficient use of Appfolio or similar software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years on-site property management; multi-site experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication.
• Experience supervising staff and budgets.
• Proficient in Appfolio or similar property management software.
• Detail oriented; able to focus with interruptions.
• Property Manager/Real Estate License required within two years of start.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for designated portfolio of communities.
• Manage maintenance, capital improvements, leases, reporting, collections, and renewals.
• Coordinate with owners, asset managers, and vendors on projects.
• Hire and train staff in collaboration with Director of Operations.
• Supervise day-to-day staffing and adherence to policies.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost renewals.
