F&F Properties seeks a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities across San Diego County. You will lead property teams, drive operational excellence, and manage financial performance to maximize occupancy and NOI.

The ideal candidate has proven multi-site portfolio management experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality resident experiences while ensuring compliance and budgeting accuracy across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience managing multiple communities is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multifamily communities and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Drive financial performance through rent collections, expenses, and budget adherence.
• Lead property teams, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Monitor occupancy, renewals, and delinquency trends to meet portfolio goals.
• Support capital projects and vendor management.
