Job summary

Southwest Equity Partners, Inc. seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities in the San Diego County region, overseeing ownership and asset management aspects.

The RPM will manage onsite staff, maintenance, budgets, marketing, lease administration and resident relations, coordinating with the Director of Operations and senior leadership to ensure consistency and high performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of on-site property management experience; multi-site experience is a plus.
• Experience in budgets and financial management.
• Supervisory experience managing staff.
• Experience with Appfolio or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, reporting, collections, evictions, and marketing.
• Coordinate with ownership, asset managers or vendors on special projects.
• Hire and train staff with Director of Operations.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects; drive renewals and revenue.
• Manage budgets and financials in collaboration with Directors.
• Maintain vendor relationships and perform clerical duties.
