Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual/quarterly portfolio roadmaps for enterprise learning programs.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into strategy and investments.
• Plan scalable learning journeys combining digital, live training, and credentials.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery while meeting quality and portfolio goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals.
