The Red Gate Group seeks a Portfolio Manager to support the DIA CIO, CIO-5 Acquisition Management Team (Post Award). This senior role provides portfolio oversight and financial analysis across CIO-funded contracts and task orders, extracting ceilings and funding data to inform decisions.

You will produce dashboards and reports showing fund usage, monitor spending against ceilings, and track expiring contracts to support proactive portfolio planning and governance.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred)
• 8+ years in portfolio management, acquisition management, financial analysis, or related field in DoD/IC within last 2 years
• Master's degree OR Bachelor's with 5 years of senior experience substituting for Master's
• In-depth knowledge of post-award contract and financial management for IDIQ contracts and task orders, including ceiling tracking, funded allocation analysis, and burn rate monitoring

Responsabilidades

• Extract and reconcile ceiling and funding data from large IDIQ contracts and task orders, identifying trends to inform portfolio decisions
• Produce dashboards/reports detailing fund usage against ceilings and identify unusual trends
• Track expiring contracts and task orders, flags for options and recompete needs
• Consolidate, analyze, and visualize CIO monthly financial reporting, including burn rate analysis
