Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking an IT Portfolio Management Support to join our team supporting a federal customer at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

This role requires onsite work 2-3 days per week and an active Secret clearance. The ideal candidate translates complex requirements into actionable technology initiatives, supports governance, and partners with government leadership and industry partners to modernize IT/OT portfolios.

Qualifications

• Requires active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience supporting IT programs, technology initiatives, portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Support IT/OT portfolio governance and modernization efforts.
• Translate business and mission requirements into actionable technology initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level briefings for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with government leadership, program offices, and industry partners.
