Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior IT Portfolio Manager to lead a broad portfolio of performance-based IT services for DHS. You will oversee program delivery, manage staff, and interface with senior customer personnel on multiple task orders to ensure high-quality results and on-contract growth.

The role requires a PMP, ITIL, and extensive federal contract experience (150+ FTE). Expect leadership of Agile teams, knowledge of AI/ML concepts, and cloud/systems expertise to drive efficiency and innovation

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain a DHS EOD Suitability Clearance (Active EOD preferred).
• BA/BS or equivalent and 10 years in a related field with supervisory or management experience including federal contract with more than 150 FTE.
• Proven track record applying program management disciplines within a large program environment (>150 FTE).
• Demonstrated success in driving on-contract growth and cultivating customer relationships.
• Experience managing Agile teams and projects; working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, applications, and implementation.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification (or must obtain within first 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Portfolio Manager on a team responsible for program/project management support and services.
• Manage day-to-day program operations and develop long-term objectives to meet future contract requirements.
• Own P&L of the portfolio and drive on-contract growth through expansion opportunities.
• Interface with contracts, subcontracts, project control, and security.
• Ensure deliverables and schedules are met using Agile methodologies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Provide supervision and direction to staff; conduct performance evaluations; address customer issues.
• Develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders to expand CACI's footprint.
• Support ROMs, pricing, and technical proposals for new pursuits.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership and customers; recruit and train staff.
• Champion AI-enabled solutions and Agile practices to drive efficiency and innovation.
